HomeStream, LLC is seeking conversations with accredited investors interested in supporting its growth. Our first priority is building a nationwide audience for a proprietary, free app: discover nearby homes, point your phone toward a property using GPS, and explore its listing stream.
Our business plan prioritizes user acquisition before introducing additional revenue sources. Planned opportunities include commercials after listing streams, pay-per-click services, professional integrations, and optional advanced user and agent subscriptions. A longer-term vision includes virtual-agent, lending, and title/closing services, subject to the required development, licensing, and approvals.

You generally need to meet one applicable pathway—not every item below. This is a summary, not an eligibility determination.
Individual income: Income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years, with a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year.
Joint income: Combined income with a spouse or spousal equivalent exceeding $300,000 in each of the two most recent years, with a reasonable expectation of the same level in the current year.
Net worth: Individual or joint net worth with a spouse or spousal equivalent exceeding $1 million, excluding the value of the primary residence. Special rules apply to related debt.
Professional credentials: A Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82 license held in good standing.
Qualifying entities: Certain entities with more than $5 million in assets or investments, entities whose equity owners are all accredited investors, and specified regulated institutions may qualify. Entity type, formation purpose, and other conditions matter.
Other eligible categories: Additional rules apply to certain issuer executives, qualifying family offices and their clients, and knowledgeable employees of private funds. Some categories are specific to the issuer or investment.
